All you have to do is provide us with the design of your website in any formats like PSD, JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, AI, EPS, BMP, PDF or even an existing HTML markup.

Yes we do have an online portfolio. You can visit some of the websites we have worked on in our “Works” section. Our portfolio is much larger than this collection. Since we have Non Disclosure Agreement with most of our clients and we won’t display their websites anywhere.

Do you have MSN messenger or Skype account?

We use instant messengers like MSN messenger and Skype for our day-to-day interactions apart from emails. On request we can provide our account names if you just want to talk.

What helpful information should I include when ordering a project?

Please checkout “How it works” before placing the order. Don’t forget to notify us the details of your link colors, text colors, sizes, etc within the Project Details section of the “Order Now” form.

Will it look the same as my design or existing site?

There will be a near pixel perfection, especially if you are using web safe fonts.

Do you offer a discount for extra pages?

We do offer special bulk discount packages for all projects depending on te number pages. We provide atleat 70% – 80% discount for all additional pages.

What happens if you can’t finish in 8 hours?

There might be delays for many reasons. Reasons such as we received a late payment and design upload, miscommunications, and many more. We do our best to live up to our guarantee that we will complete our job within 8 hours.

I have a hosting provider so can you help me with uploading?

You can provide us the FTP information of your website and we will upload it once the project is completed.

Can you do more than just markups?

Yes we can. We can help you with almost anything as far as web related services are concerned. Just get in touch with us to discuss your requirement.

I have 5-6 different rollover states for links on the page. Are these included in the fee?

All rollovers you need are included for the same price. You don’t have to pay anything extra.

Is the code easy enough for me to update the content when necessary?

Our hand-coded pages are easy to update and maintain. It’s even easy to redesign because of CSS layout techniques.

Not sure if I pay now or later. Do I pay now?

Once your place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This non-automated email send from our development team will also have information about how to make the payment and if we need any further information to start coding. We expect at least 50% of the total payment from our first time clients. Our old or repeat clients can pay after we’ve done the work.
